Liisa Ševtšuk räägib oma kogemusest Solaride näitel. Student of economics and art history at the University of Tartu and from the fall of 2021, a member of Solaride's HR team, and from September 2022 I am Solaride's HR manager. Solaride is an educational program in which young people acquire practical skills in engineering, marketing, finance, fundraising and human resources, and during this work a solar car is prepared to compete in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia. In 2023, the Solaride team came 3rd in its class. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
