Folks are fuming because we're now officially a PIP company. Given the low stock performance, instead of laying off and giving severance, they're going to put people into PIP and fire. It was officially announced today.
The reasoning? Because "good enough is just not good enough"..
This is all alleged and hinges on the trust that some guy on the internet is being honest. But it sounds plausible as RobinHood has been getting slaughtered on the market and are likely looking for changes to reverse this downward trend. But this is all still alleged, alleged, alleged.
