This is an update 1 year after my left inguinal hernia surgery. I have some good news, bad news, issues that arose and even 3 stretches that you can do that I suggest will help before and after surgery. Remember that this is just my experience with surgery and yours may be different. I have been a personal trainer for 20+ years, so I am fairly knowledgeable about the human body and have lots of experience working with clients.
