The great British institution "the Pub" has a newfound popularity in the United States, but the Greater MSP region was ahead of the trend 25 years ago when Brit's Pub opened in Minneapolis.
Beginning as a two-room pub, Brits expanded into possibly the first rooftop bar in the region, creating an English garden park that includes lawn bowling - gaining so much popularity that there is a 10-year waiting list for new teams.
Shane Higgins, General Manager at Brit's Pub, discusses how Brits has continued to innovate and gain popularity over the last two decades.
