In this series, everyone will have 2 lives. When you die on your first life, you become a Remnant and your soul drops at your death location. You can reclaim your soul by walking onto it, bringing you back up to your first life, however players can also vote on whether or not you should be able to reclaim your soul by right clicking it and choosing an option. If a majority of players vote no, your soul becomes locked and you cannot reclaim it until a majority vote yes.

While on your first life, you may attack any other first lifers, but if you are a direct cause of another players death (as in your name is in the death message) you lose a permanent heart, which cannot be regained in any way throughout the series. When you are a Remnant you always have 8 hearts but can attack anyone, meaning because you can kill anyone with no punishment.

This isn't like those smp servers where its lifesteal smp or anything like that, just minecraft hardcore with a twist (not to be mistaken with the life series) I am not expecting this video to perform well, but we'll see!
