Ella -
Ella (Sinhala: ඇල්ල; Lit. "waterfall"; Tamil: எல்ல) is a small town in the Badulla District of Uva Province, Sri Lanka governed by an Urban Council. It is approximately 200 kilometers (120 mi) east of Colombo and is situated at an elevation of 1,041 meters (3,415 ft) above sea level. The area has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Ella is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The town has a cooler climate than the surrounding lowlands, due to its elevation. The Ella Gap allows views across the southern plains of Sri Lanka.

Hatton -
Hatton (Sinhala: හැටන්, Tamil: ஹட்டன்) is a major town in the Nuwara Eliya District of Central Province, Sri Lanka governed by the Hatton-Dickoya Urban Council. Hatton is a major center of the Sri Lankan tea industry. Hatton is one of the busiest cities in the hill country of Sri Lanka and is colloquially known as the tea capital of the country, as it is the central point for most upcountry tea growing regions, such as Maskeliya, Talawakelle, Bogawantalawa, and Dickoya. It is located approximately 112 km (70 mi) southeast of Colombo and 72 km (45 mi) south of Kandy, at an elevation of 1,271 m (4,170 ft) above sea level.

Kinellan Tea Factory -
It is a small and authentic factory where you can have the chance to see how tea is produced from the tea leaf delivery to the shipping bags. Visit this tea Factory, located close to the Ella Railway Station, where you can witness the process of tea making. You will get to see how the tea is plucked from the fields, dried, processed through the machinery, and made ready to be sold. With the smell of fresh tea lingering around the factory, you can opt for a personally conducted tour where you will be taken through the process of how the tea reaches from the fields to your home. You can also buy a variety of black, green, and white tea to take back home with you.

Singha Malai Tunnel -
Singha Malai Tunnel or Poolbank Tunnel is the second-longest railway tunnel in Sri Lanka. There are 46 tunnels along the Main Line between Colombo and Badulla. The longest tunnel is the Poolbank tunnel between Hatton and Kotagala, which is 562 m (1,844 ft) long, 5.5 m (18 ft) wide, and has a curvature in the middle so that one end of the tunnel cannot be seen from the other end. In the middle of the tunnel, the gradient begins to decline, with the Kotagala railway station being approximately 23 m (75 ft) lower than the Hatton railway station. The tunnel was named the Poolbank tunnel as it runs under the Poolbank tea estate, which was established in 1880. It is also called Singha Malai tunnel, after a nearby rock formation, Singha is Tamil for 'Lion' and Malai for 'Mountain'.

Nine Arch Bridge -
The Nine Arches Bridge (Sinhala: ආරුක්කු නමයේ පාලම,) also called the Bridge in the Sky, is a viaduct bridge in Sri Lanka. It is one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country. It is located in Demodara, between Ella and Demodara railway stations. The surrounding area has seen a steady increase in tourism due to the bridge's architectural ingenuity and the profuse greenery in the nearby hillsides. Popular rumors suggest that when construction work commenced on the bridge, the Great War began between the empires of Europe, and the steel assigned for this site was reallocated to Britain's War-related projects at the battlefront. As a result, the work came to a standstill, leading the locals to build the bridge with stone bricks and cement, but without steel.
