Green Season in Hwange with Imvelo Safari Lodges

Описание: Who says you should only visit Hwange in the dry season? The Ngamo Plains in the southeast of the park come alive in the green season (January through April). The vegetation turns a lush green, the seasonally flooded pans fill with water attracting stunning birdlife including numerous migratory species, the wildebeest and impala are calving and lambing, and predators such as lion, cheetah, and African wild dog are in attendance. Photographic opportunities are excellent with contrasts of blue sky, bright green bush, white puffy clouds and blooming flowers.

Another benefit of visiting at this time is that there are fewer visitors so it will seem as if you have the park to yourself. We offer several specials in the green season including Stay 3 / Pay 2 and Stay 6 / Pay 4 deals and the single supplement is waived. In addition to all this, guests have access to our Community Rhino Conservation Initiative (CRCI), and a visit to our neighbors in the community – always a source of spontaneous fun - will be a memorable addition to the safari experience.
