This song tells the story of Leo. The Nemean Lion was a monstrous beast terrorizing the land, with skin that no weapon could pierce. Hercules, as part of his twelve labors, was sent to slay it. Realizing weapons were useless, he strangled the lion with his immense strength. He wore its indestructible hide as armor.

The lion was honored in the heavens as Leo, a symbol of strength, dominance, and eternal power.
