Ibikoresho:
Kubugari:
Ifarini y’ibigori cyangwa iy’amasaka (depends kuri preference) – 2 ibikombe
Amazi – 4 ibikombe
Umunyu – akayiko 1 gato
Kuri nyama:
Inyama y’inka, ihene cyangwa inkoko – 500g
Tungurusumu – 2-3 utuyiko duto (mashye)
Igitunguru – 1 kinini
Amavuta yo guteka – 3-4 utuyiko
Umunyu na poivre – nk’uko ushaka
Amazi – 1 igikombe
Ibindi birungo wifuza (piri-piri, paprika, thyme…)
Uko bikorwa:
1. Gutegura ubugari:
Shyira amazi ku ziko uyashyushye kugeza atangiye kubira.
Ongeramo umunyu.
Genda ushyiramo ifarini gahoro gahoro, ukavanga ukoresheje icyuma cyangwa inkoni idafite imipaka (whisk cyangwa wooden spoon) kugira ngo idapfundika.
