If your shoulders feel tight, your upper back feels stuck, or you spend a lot of time at a desk, this practice is for you. This flow is equal parts stretch and strength, designed to open the upper back while building stable, supported shoulders.
We’ll move through shoulder mobility, upper back opening, and strength work that helps you feel more spacious without getting floppy. Then, if you want to play, there’s an optional Try to Fly moment with Pincha (forearm handstand), including the option to explore headstand to pincha transitions.
Move slowly, breathe steadily, and take the version that lets you stay calm and strong. This is training for real life, not a performance.
