These healthy baked granola bars are perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
They’re nutritious, filling, and incredibly easy to make — no flour, no butter, and made with simple wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup/ 40g coconut sugar
• 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
• 1/3 cup any nut butter (I used 3 nuts butter)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup almond flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup any nuts you like, chopped (I used walnuts+almond)
• 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 3 tbsp hemp seeds
• ¼ cup desiccated coconut
Bake in the oven 180C/350F, 12-14min until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
