Hello and welcome to this beginner yoga class! Join me for a gentle 30-minute whole-body stretch designed to release tension, calm your mind, and center your heart on God’s peace. This Christian yoga class blends movement with scripture and breath prayer, focusing on 2 Corinthians 12:9 (see below). With this scripture, we'll get into what "grace" means and how it applies to us.
*This is not a prenatal yoga class; however, I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. I would consider these stretches to be prenatal-friendly. Please always listen to your body (pregnant or not) and follow the advice of your doctor regarding any exercise routine!*
