Описание: In this video, join me as I discover the beauty of The Gambia, also known as the Smiling Coast of Africa! From the bustling streets of its small capital city of Banjul to the pristine beaches and cold beer of the Senegambia strip in nearby Serrakunda, the smallest country on mainland Africa is definitely full of surprises.

I begin my journey with some exploration of the capital of Banjul, where I visit the Arch 22, the towering commemorative arch dedicated to the 1994 cout d'etat that peacefully topped Gambia's government. From there, I visit the colorful Royal Albert Market, where I learn how palm oil, shea butter, and other local treasures are made, and brave the hordes of vendors and shoppers in one of West Africa's best markets.

Leaving Banjul, I then headed to the Kachikally Crocodile Pool, where I’ll show you how locals interact with the crocodiles, believed to bring good fortune and fertility, and take you on a wild journey through the rich culture and local folklore that makes this English-speaking country so unique. I end my journey with some time on the beach, taking you along to the golden shores of Serrakunda - some of the finest in Africa. Whether you’re exploring local markets or unwinding by the sea, discovering the Gambia’s charm should be on every traveler's bucket list. Join me in this video as we experience the warmth, the beauty, and the incredibly welcoming vibes of Africa's Smiling Coast!
