At 54, I received a terminal cancer diagnosis. Doctors gave me only 6 months to live. At that moment, I realized I had spent decades living, but never truly been alive.
I made the most radical decision of my life: I sold everything, left my career as an accountant in Edinburgh, and bought a one-way ticket to Thailand.
Two years later, I teach yoga in Koh Phangan. The cancer is in remission. My life is completely different.
