You must download and install the 2 files i have provided below before you do anything in this video and then u must put ur device into DFU mode if ur wondering how to do this u must hold down the power and home buttons untill ur device turns off and the release the power button but keep holding the home button and the in itunes it shuld say it has detected in in recovery moda and must restore and then u can watch this video
