You Will Need

3/4 cup / 100g All Purpose / Plain Flour
3/4 cup / 100g Whole Wheat / Wholemeal Flour
1/2 cup / 50g Rolled Oats
1/3 cup / 50g of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup / 40g Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup / 70g Dried cranberries (or other dried fruits)
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp All Spice
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup / 250 ml Milk
1/4 cup / 70g Greek Yogurt

Loaf tin Size 2.5 x 5.5 inches / 6.5 x 14 cm

Oven Temperature 180C/350F for 25 minutes
Freeze for 1 Hour
Oven Temperature 120C/250F for 50 minutes
