You must have tried Chicken with Scallion Oil, but have you tried Crispy Chicken with Scallion Oil?
Today, I'll make a yummy「Crispy Chicken Leg Meat with Scallion Oil」.
食材 Ingredients:
1. 兩塊大雞脾扒 2 big chicken leg meat
2. 6條蔥 6 scallions
3. 4粒蒜粒 4 cloves of garlic
4. 20克牛油 20 grams of butter
5. 調味seasoning:鹽salt, 黑椒碎 cracked black pepper, 胡椒粉 pepper powder
貼士 Tips:
1. 煎雞扒嘅時候,唔需要放一滴油,
咁樣我地就可以煎出脆皮而又健康嘅雞扒啦。

2. 切雞扒嘅時候,要將雞皮向下,咁样雞皮就唔容易甩脫。
