Pizza Dough 👇🏻
Makes one 16 inch pizza
2 C. flour
2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 C. warm water.
*Combine dry ingredients.
*Add wet ingredients.
Let rise 30 mins at room temp.
Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Add toppings. Bake for 15 minutes more.
