A job should qualify under speciality occupation as per USCIS guidelines for an H1-B visa. A speciality occupation requires technical knowledge & degree in science, technology, engineering, management and various other sectors to deliver the job at hand.
Though USCIS doesn't specifically list any specific job profiles which fall under speciality occupation, they have their own unspecified rule to accept or not accept an H1-B petition based on the guideline. If, as an employer filling for H1-B 2023 cap petition, one has to be very specific about providing USCIS with the right set of documents and information so that the job qualifies under the speciality occupation.
