This deeply restful practice offers a blend of restorative and yin yoga with longer holds in poses designed to allow gravity and the use of props to allow your body and mind the time to fully unwind. Poses include restorative fish, supta baddha konasana, and Stonehenge savasana.
You will need the following props for this practice: 1 blanket or large towel, 1 yoga bolster or firm cushion and 2 yoga blocks (or alternatively a small stack of books)
