Governor Susan Marshall is becoming aware of how lonely it can be at the top. Meanwhile, Prison Officer Agnes Morrow (played by Carol Gillies) returns to Stone Park in her second story. She believes in the old ways and belongs to the past. Also appearing in this episode is recurring character Mrs. Phillips (played by Shirley Dixon). In contrast to Agnes Morrow's outdated attitude, Mrs. Phillips is one of the progressives (firm but fair). The juxtaposition of these two characters brings the show full circle. Agnes Morrow is an interesting character, and it's a great performance from Carol Gillies.
