Trent Boult Bowling Action Analysis-

[A] RUN-UP:
[1] Trent Boult has a smooth and rhythmic run-up with an average speed of about 20 kmph.
[2] He approaches the crease with an angular run-up with optimum stride length.
[3] During his run-up he make sure that his arms are perfectly synchronized and are placed close to his body.
[4] He have full control over his body movements during his run-up and always runs in with cyclic motion.

[B] JUMP & GATHER:
[1] Trent Boult lands in with a short & forward jump using his shin lead.
[2] He gather his bowling arm close to his body & his non-bowling arm in front of his eyes.
[3] He maintains a proper coordination between his upper body and his lower body during the jump, that is making sure that he doesn't lean either too forward nor too backward.

[C] BFC:
[1] Trent bolt is a semi side-on bowler i.e. he lands at 45° at his BFC.
[2] At BFC, his back foot heel swiftly touches the ground.
[3] He does not collapse at his BFC due to his nice tendon stiffness.

[D] FFC & DELIVERY STRIDE:
[1] At his FFC his shoulders faces towards the umpire whereas his torso faces towards the batsman i.e. he uses hip-to-shoulder separation to generate extra rotational power and speed in his bowling action.
[2] He also has a smooth pre-turn i.e. changing of is his back foot from a semi side-on position to a front-on position.
[3] He has a bent front knee at the time of ball release.
[4] He pulls back his non bowling-arm by snapping his wrist as hard as it can be or simply saying that he imagines that he is trying to pull back the batsman by grabbing his collar.
[5] He has a ball release of about 2.1 meters.
[6] He complete his action with a nice and straight follow through.
