Strong hamstrings is something many people lack. So for this exact reason, we need to focus some of our training on fixing this issue.
PAILs & RAILs utilises end range strength training to strengthen the weakest ranges of motion within targeted muscle groups.
While these sets can look very easy, they require maximum effort within weak ranges of motion. This means we are likely to fatigue quickly, and even cramp within the target muscle on occasion.
Remember, it is only by focusing on our weaknesses that we get stronger!
