This week we continued our trip with our camper throughout Tuscany and we were surprised to discover a different face of this region: GARFAGNANA in Northern Tuscany!

It's a beautiful region mostly mountainous and very green. We found a perfect spot for our camper Seal 5 from Rimor - idyllic and lonely place in the middle of stunning nature. We spend in this paradise few days enjoying being really close to nature and swimming in the clear waters of the neighbouring stream.

Continuing throughout the mountains and ravines of the valley, we arrived in CARARRA. Not familiar with this name? It's the birthplace of Italian best marble. Pantheon in Rome is constructed of Carrara's marble. The sculpture David from Michelangelo is made from a marble of Carrara as well. Even if you are not into art, this place is so magical. The white mountains seem to be covered in snow, yet by looking closer you will recognise it actually are the white marble quarries. A place definitely worth to visit!

Next stop was in the province Liguria - the well known region of Cinque Terre. We were not very familiar with 5 Terre before, but wow after being there, it's definitely a MUST SEE. It's is a region of 5 coastal villages located on the cliffs on a National Parc called Cinque Terre. We have visited Riomaggiore and Manarola and were blown away by its beauty!
