15 Teething foods for your infants & toddlers

Teething is a normal part of child’s development. During this phase, your child may be extra fussy because of pain and can reject meals.
Here are few things you can do that can ease teething pain
✅ Massage baby’s gum with clean trimmed finger. You can also use silicone finger brush.
✅ Baby might be more into breastfeeding than solids and it’s totally fine. Sucking is more comfortable for them during this phase. Also, breastfeeding can give the baby needed hydration.
✅ As mentioned in the above point, your child might not be much interested in solids. Try to make their food calorie dense so that even if they have few bites, they get some nutrients out of it.
✅Cleaned silicon teethers can be given.

Offer foods & modify according to baby’s age.
1. Cucumber slices
2. Watermelon slices
3. Corn on cob
4. Plain curd(nuts & seeds powder can be added to make it more calorie dense)
5. Mango with pit
6. Whole wheat or multigrain bread toast
7. Scrambled eggs or omelette
8. Cooked oats with fruits
9. Dosa/idli strips
10. Baked sweet potato fries
11. Pancakes
12. Bananas dipped in nuts & seeds powder
13. Teething biscuits(1yr+)
14. Any Fruit popsicle
15. Stuffed parathas
