You’ll see the fishing side of the story: how the crew finds these fish, brings them on board, keeps them on ice and records every box for the seafood supply chain. We also explain why porcupinefish and pufferfish are considered dangerous: certain parts of the fish can contain deadly toxins if they are not removed correctly. This is why only certified professionals are allowed to prepare them in countries where they are eaten.
