Front Lever Fast - Top 3 Front Lever Strengthening Exercises. This video provides you with 3 of the best front lever strengthening exercises that I have found worked for me when learning the front lever. Give these a try performing max reps and 5-6 sets spread out through out your day. Train this movement 3-4 times a week and if your body is not feeling fatigued than by all means up the training. Vice versa if practising this skill 3-4 times a week is too much reduce it to 1-2 times a week.
1.Inverted dead lifts
2. Ice cream makers
3. Tucked rows
