2 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 smoked turkey leg
2 teaspoons liquid smoke (optional)
