This year, Rare Disease Report had the privilege of being a media partner for the Annual Conference of Rare Diseases and Orphan Products hosted by DIA and NORD. Unlike most medical conferences, this one is focused on providing patient groups with strategies and ideas on the best ways to advance disease awareness and research in the current regulatory and financial climates. The conference brings together leaders in the patient advocacy community, regulatory community, and pharmaceutical industry to exchange ideas and information.
