Rose Mead? How to Make a Rhodomel

Описание: Rhodomel! Rose Mead! What is a Rhodomel? Well, it's a mead, which is a wine made from honey. But it's more than that as meads can vary with ingredients. Add some rose petals, hips or some other rose flavored item and you now have a type of mead called a rhodomel.

We kicked ours up a little with some other additions to add body and mouth feel, but at it's heart it's a rhodomel, and we will very likely add more rose flavor to it over time.

Some fresh lime leaves
