#MorningMatters | House Assistant Majority Leader and Lanao del Sur Rep. Zia Alonto Adiong said House rules and long-standing parliamentary practice require impeachment complaints to be formally filed with and received by the Secretary General.
He added that this is necessary because complainants must be sworn in and the complaint needs to be verified.
