[Fallout 4] Benevolent Leader - Easy Mode Unlock
I didn't see in any guides or a quick search anyone talking about this. Granted the game is a bit old now, but I just started playing again and found an easy way to cheese Benevolent Leader after getting the season pass and playing with the new Vault DLC items.
To better explain, follow these steps:
1.) Build a fuck ton of weight benches
2.) ?????????????????????????????????
3.) Profit
Yeah that's pretty much it; you should be able to do this even on a already running settlement. All you need is enough space to put enough in.
One thing I don't know is how much happiness each adds, so I can't say how many per person living in your settlement. If you can do this in an undeveloped settlement, fill its bar to yellow with whatever you can (lots of benches of course) then transfer one person over.
In mine it went instantly to 100 happiness with no waiting!
