The November 2026 Visa Bulletin is officially out. In this video, we break down the Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing for employment-based (EB-1 to EB-5) and family-based (F1, F2A, F2B, F3, F4) green card categories, what changed compared with October 2026, and which chart USCIS is allowing for adjustment of status filings this month.
Key points from the official November 2026 Visa Bulletin:
Family-based Final Action Dates: F1, F2B and F3 move forward one year for Rest of World, China and India; F4 moves forward one year for Rest of World and China
EB-2 Rest of World, Mexico and Philippines: January 1, 2025 to April 1, 2025
EB-3 Rest of World and Mexico: May 15, 2024 to June 15, 2024
EB-3 Other Workers, Rest of World and Mexico: January 1, 2022 to June 1, 2022
