Grace may be young, but she’s been in this industry for over eight years, steadily growing, learning, and leading along the way. She got her start at W4, where she worked alongside our very own Amber Paul-Ferris — in the early days that helped shape her foundation in performance marketing, lead generation, user acquisition, and media strategy.

One of the things Grace shares in this episode is the power of mentorship. She talks about having many mentors within the LinkUnite tribe — women she continues to turn to often for advice, perspective, and support. That willingness to seek guidance, stay curious, and keep learning has been a major part of her growth. And now, she’s doing the same for others.

Today, Grace is heading up Business Development at RXMG, bringing a thoughtful, data-driven, people-first approach to growth. From customer acquisition strategy to emerging media opportunities, she leads with both confidence and heart. ♥️
