Crinkle Gill for some reason had not been on my to do list.
After a search, I found not only had I not done it, but it was one of the longest scrambles.
So we decided to try a gill scramble of just grade 1.
But was it any good?
Its a very long enjoyable scramble route to the Crincles. Taking in some gorge type scenery, adding in potential for many little scrambles. Although its graded 1, there are defiantly some pitches you can add some sport up to 2, maybe even a few 3 moves, but all avoidable.
So in answer to my question. Is this the BEST easy gill scramble?
I've no idea!! But it's got to be on the list. It definitely is longer than most and I'd recommend to anyone. Fantastic scenery.
