Stakeholder Management: Brainstorming & Discussion Meetings

Описание: During the ideation phase, you may want to do one of the following or start discussing initial ideas as a way to gather a lot of ideas and leverage that diverse thinking. It's also an opportunity to discuss out-of-the-box ideas without being too constrained on what is possible. Or you may want to spend some time defining the alternatives and options in the market and sharing those to spark ideas that are more likely to be more mature and help you move forward further.

In either case, this can be done in multiple ways. For example, we often recommend gathering the recollection of ideas asynchronously so you can gather everyone's ideas and knowledge and prepare a live meeting where you have more specific questions and can have a dynamic conversation about some of the things you have explored since they have shared their ideas.

During this phase you may want to start asking questions like: 


How are people currently solving the problem? What's not working?
How might this solution be, and what should it include or do that no doubt will be perfect? Here is a space where you can define details and dream big as if anything could be possible. Sometimes if it's hard to think about what you want, you can think about what you don't want.
Think about all our user types and use cases. Would this solution affect [user type], and [user type]? Is there anything we should know, or are we missing something? Is there anything we should exclude? Why?
How might we better improve this initial proposal to effectively [achieve something/solve a problem]? You can also look at what competitors are doing. Add your ideas below. Add one idea per sticky note. Keep it short; we will get back to you if we have questions.
