Hi! I'm Tuma, a Japanese woman living in Japan 🫶
Today I’m sharing the drive back to my parents’ home.
Now that I’m unemployed, I’ve been wondering
whether it would be better to move back in with my family
or continue living on my own.
While thinking about that,
I’m stopping by a few highway service areas on the way home.

Natto Toast 🍞
Ingredients (1 serving)
・1 slice thick-cut bread (4-slice loaf style)
・1 pack natto (fermented soybeans)
・Mayonnaise – to taste
・Shredded cheese – a small handful
・Shredded nori (seaweed) – to taste
・Natto sauce (included in the pack)
Mix the natto with the sauce well.
Spread mayonnaise around the edges of the bread.
Natto · Extra mayonnaise (optional) · Cheese · Shredded nori
Toast in a toaster until golden brown.
