Important tips for baking great Yazdi cupcakes ✨
✅ Make sure the eggs are at room temperature so that they puff up well and the texture is soft
✅ Beat the eggs + sugar + vanilla well until it becomes light, creamy and voluminous.

✅ Fill the cupcake molds about 2/3 full and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can also use almond flakes.
✅ Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake the cupcakes for about 30-35 minutes (test with a toothpick).
✅ If the color on the cupcakes is not enough, leave them for a few more minutes until they are golden and crispy.
✅ After baking, leave them in the mold for 10 minutes to set well and come out easily.
