A piece created with Game Boy, norns shield, and OP-1 field. It is minimal ambient where simple phrases overlap and evolve.
On the Game Boy, sequences created in LSDj are played while delay and reverb from LOST+FOUND are applied to shape the sound texture.
On the norns shield, a single note piano performance is recorded and processed with granular synthesis in Graintopia. Reverb from blueSky is also applied.
On the OP-1 field, a 24 bar performance is recorded and looped. Additional layers are added using PHRASE LOOPER while reverb from MICROCOSM is applied.
The internal tempo of the Game Boy, norns shield, and OP-1 field is set to 70. They are not synchronized with cables or other connections.
