Join us we dive into our second far red experiment, comparing two halves of a Gelonade bench—one treated with 5 minutes of far red light after lights off, and the other with no far red exposure. At day 60, we evaluate visual quality, yield, and overall plant health.

We learned that red lighting impacts stem health, with greener, less stressed stems on the treated side.

A 6% yield increase with far red treatment, plus enhanced color and ripeness in the final product.
