2. Since she can generate her own moxie, she can go for a shorter Ult cycle while using as much AP as other DPS units. 2 Round Ult-cycle. Allocate 2 AP for her every round.

Rotation:

Ideally:
After she gets her first Ult.

2:24 Rotation 1

Round 1: Ult, S1 or S2 (assuming you didn't manage to shift [Spotlight], she doesn't gain +1 moxie)
Round 2: Get free +1 moxie, S1 (shift spotlight) +2 moxie, S2 inflict negative statuses +1 moxie)
Round 3: Repeat the above.

Alternatively,

4:25 Rotation 2

Round 1: Ult, S1 to shift [Spotlight] +2 moxie
Round 2: Free moxie +1, S1 to shift [Spotlight] +2 moxie
This rotation only uses 3 AP instead of 4.

6:50 Rotation 3
In worse case scenario, if we got no opportunity to shift [Spotlight]
Round 1: Ult, S1, S2
Round 2: Free moxie, S1, S2

Uses 5 AP, in this case, better to got for 3 rounds Ult-cycle.

3. Prioritize S1 to gain moxie and sustain her rotation. Do use at least one S2 to get enough [Genius Insight] (8 and above) when using Ult.

4. If there is no enemy to shift [Spotlight], then prioritize S2 to inflict more negative statuses.

5. Do not rely on the free moxie to generate Ult, as the incantation Spelldock will be full before she gets the free moxie. So even achieving 5 moxies, she will not get her Ult until the next round.
