It’s another beautiful day and the today I’m goung to share with you how to make my ultimate favorite bean dip now let me tell you next time you make your refried beans, you HAVE to make them like this it’s seriously a game changer and I promise you everyone is going to love them and best part they go good with everything and however you want to enjoy them!!!
🤤Description of my bean dip: rich and creamy delight that combines the smoky flavor of bacon with the mild heat of hatch peppers. The cream cheese adds a smooth and tangy texture, while the Oaxaca cheese brings a melty and slightly stretchy consistency. Tips: make sure you use a broil save dish/pan
You can use hatch chopped green chives in a can if you don’t want to roast your own or if you can’t find them ☺️

Ingredients
6 strips of bacon chopped
1/4 small diced onion
4 roasted, peeled and chopped hatch or Anaheim green peppers
1 roasted, peeled and chopped jalapeño
4 cups precooked frijoles de la olla and 1/2 cup of its broth
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Few dashes of Tapatío hot sauce (optional)
Shredded queso Oaxaca or your favorite melting cheese!
