Shimkus on the Strategic Importance of Expediting Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Export Permits

Описание: In response to recent Russian aggression and the Department of Energy's slow export approval process, Rep. Cory Gardner (Colo.) introduced H.R. 6 to expedite exports of U.S. liquified natural gas (LNG) to our European allies. The legislation would grant immediate approval of complete export applications currently filed with the Department of Energy and modify the process moving forward to ensure exports to our allies and not subject to unnecessary delays.
