On June 25th 2025, the Court of Torino recognized the New Italian Citizenship 2025 Law carries many potential violations of the Italian Constitution and so deferring the Italian Citizenship 2025 Law in front of the Constitutional Court.
So, the new Italian Citizenship Law might be partially - or completely - amended, returning to the "old rules".
