CLEAREST PUBLIC BEACH IN CEBU | TINGKO BEACH, ALCOY + CAFE MALAYA | One Man Wander

Описание: ALCOY, CEBU’S famous TINGKO BEACH —the clearest water for a public beach that I’ve been to.

This trip for Alcoy actually came by surprise as we couldn’t decide where to go. We were planning to go to North Cebu but all accommodations were already taken since it was a Sunday. We then moved our plans and decided to choose Oslob, Cebu instead but we couldn’t afford the available rooms that we found. So we chose Tingko Beach in Alcoy, Cebu as our last resort since we presume that it is a public beach and and we could just find some cheaper rooms to stay on the spot or put on a tent if we are left with no choice. Luckily we found one.

Tingko Beach water was very very clear that you wouldn’t think it is inly situated beside a highway; entrance fee is only P20.00 and we couldn’t find a reason to not love it. This long stretch of tropical cliché and its waters will never disappoint you.

Due to the long stretch of Tingko Beach, it is divided into four parts: Tingko Beach 1 & 2, Voda Krasna Resort, and a public beach.

HOW TO GET THERE? 📍

📍 Exact location: Daanglungsod, Alcoy Town, Southern Cebu — approx. 3 hours away from Cebu City.

🚍 BY BUS: Find your way to Cebu South Bus Terminal (near E-Mall). Ride any bus bound for Oslob. Ask the driver or conductor to drop you off at Tingko Beach, Alcoy. Remember that Tingko Beach has multiple entrances. From Cebu City, Tingko 1 will appear first. The public resort is the easiest to spot.

🚙 BY V-HIRE/VAN: Find your way to the Cebu South Bus Terminal and ride a v-hire bound for Oslob. Ask the driver to drop you off at Tingko Beach, Alcoy. The trip costs around P90-P150.

🚗 BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Tingko Beach”.
