Sculptra is quickly becoming one of the most popular fillers we use in dermatology. It comes as a powder. You mix it with normal saline, and then you inject it as a liquid, and it's not like the other fillers.

It actually takes a couple months to see any results at all. It works by telling your fibroblasts to increase the amount of collagen that they produce. And the results are fantastic. You can see it gives a much more natural look than conventional fillers. In addition to volumizing the face and getting rid of the fine lines and wrinkles, it also gives the skin this glow that the other fillers just don't do.

Many injectors are even doing non-surgical BBLs using S Sculptor. As you can see, the results are great and it's a lot safer of a procedure than surgery.
