In this first episode, Juan Hernández Torrecillas, Director of Plant Planning at our production plant in Sesma, Spain. discusses our capacity to be flexible and his belief that there aren’t any challenges we cannot face. Juan is an electronics engineer and is in charge of a team of 17 people. Outside of working hours, he enjoys running and spending time with his daughter.
