Non dairy milk is easy to make with the right tools. Ellie's best bigger better nut milk bag is my favorite tool in the kitchen, next to my ninja blender that is just as good as a vitamin but at a fraction of the cost.
I like mixing cashews and almonds together for a creamier more complex flavor. I prefer plain unsweetened nondairy milk but if you want it sweetened, you can add maple syrup or even vanilla extract too if you prefer that flavor non dairy milk
