Smoked Beef Short Ribs With Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Описание: Beef Short Ribs are some of the tastiest cuts of beef that can be found. They are basically Brisket On A Stick. In this video, using the Oklahoma Joe’s Highland Offset Smoker and some Hickory Wood, I smoke up 6 pounds of these beefy beauties and also a batch of Garlic Smashed Potatoes.
