Описание: Recorded during the in between time of filming 71000 Duke Of Gloucester on the Torbay Express. Heavy rain throughout the day caused the Brook river - which runs through the town centre - to burst its banks when water levels rose by about 2ft resulting incredible flooding. And to think we only stopped by for an ice cream....
